Our text messaging programs
South Bay Med Spa offers two optional text messaging programs:
Appointment and service messages, such as booking confirmations, appointment reminders, and replies to your questions.
Promotional messages, such as specials, events, and offers.
You choose which program(s) to join. Joining either one is optional.
How you opt in
You can opt in by checking the box for the program(s) you want when booking online, completing your patient intake forms, or submitting a form on our website. By opting in, you agree to receive text messages from South Bay Med Spa at the mobile number you provided. Consent is not a condition of any purchase or service.
Message frequency
Appointment and service message frequency varies based on your bookings. Promotional messages are sent up to 4 times per month.
Cost
Message and data rates may apply, depending on your mobile carrier and plan.
How to opt out
Reply STOP to any message at any time to stop receiving texts. You’ll receive one confirmation message, and no further messages will be sent. To rejoin, reply START.
