Consultations are not required for every treatment, but they are recommended for certain services. It's a great opportunity to discuss your goals, ask questions, and ensure the treatment is the right fit for your desired outcome.

We have 24 hour cancellation policy.

We strive to provide our patients with the highest quality of aesthetic services and pride ourselves on our exceptional team.

If you cancel your appointment less than 24 hours prior to your scheduled appointment time, we lose the opportunity to service you, but also to serve anyone else during that time. For this reason South Bay Med Spa is obligated to charge $75.00 cancellation fee for patient that fails to cancel their appointment within 24 hours of their schedule time.
